Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.  

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the United States will take 5 - 7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 - 15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Although we do not accept returns at this time, we do have an exchange policy. Should you ever feel unsatisfied with your item, feel free to email customercare@sharoneclarke.com directly and we’ll take you through the process.
